Merry Christmas from the BC Learning Solutions Team!

Wishing you, your teams and your families all the very best of health and happiness for 2011.  Our office closes Friday December 17th and we'll both be "back on deck" in the office February 1st, 2011.

Bron is working in January, primarily offsite - and will be intermittently contactable on email and the mobile (0414 641 930).

Reflections of a Decade

Amanda Sinclair, Foundation Professor, Management Diversity & Change, at Melbourne Business School is a prominent academic and a regular contributor to the AFR's BOSS magazine. In a recent edition she reflected on changes in leadership and management in Australia over the past ten years. I found this particularly interesting because she highlighted some trends and themes that I've been noticing in the last couple of years.  The future trends she anticipates are also emerging in the work I'm doing with clients - especially in my executive coaching conversations.
