OK, I'll bite. What's the ECG approach?
Experiential. Creative. Generative.
That's the type of learning we encourage when we work with clients.
I wish I had learned this stuff 20 years ago! The course was presented with efficiency and humour. I almost felt it was just for me but obviously the material and structure of the two days addressed the needs and expectations of all participants.

The Experience of learning is developed in a variety of ways including Creativity, which allows for new ways of thinking differently and Generating new ideas and different questions that can become part of 'the way we do things around here'.
Learning is enhanced when people remember the experience of learning as well as the results achieved. We'll use all kinds of creative strategies to encourage your people to generate their own quality questions and new perspectives for thinking and learning. Then we will help them transfer their learning to a range of contexts.
We apply adult learning principles and accelerated learning techniques in our workshops; the development of a learning environment where participants are encouraged to question, discover, explore, experience and apply is a priority. A willingness to challenge assumptions, challenge each other and try something new is actively facilitated in each session.
Sessions are designed on the premise that each member of the group has knowledge, skills and experience to contribute, and the greatest value of working as a team is in accessing the collective wisdom of the group.
Session planning is dynamic and is reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure that the most appropriate methodology and content are being used to support the learning needs of the group.
